The Executive Office for Immigration Review has released an online compilation of its practice manuals and official guidance. EOIR describes this resource as “the culmination of a multi-year project that represents the agency’s first comprehensive review of its policies.”
The resource will replace the PDF version of the Immigration Court Practice Manual which is the official set of guidance for individuals in removal proceedings, representatives, and immigration judges. The resource also includes the BIA Practice Manual, OCAHO Practice Manual, operating policies, memoranda, and other resources.
