On December 18, 2020, the Executive Office for Immigration Review published a final rule adjusting fees and other changes. The rule will become effective January 19, 2021. The rule adjusts fees for the following case and form types and makes some additional technical corrections:

  • Form EOIR-26 from $110 to $975
  • Form EOIR-29 from $110 to $705
  • Form EOIR-40 from $100 to $305
  • Form EOIR-42A from $100 to $305
  • Form EOIR-42B from $100 to $360
  • Form EOIR-45 from $110 to $675
  • Motions to reopen or reconsider from $110 to $145 if filed before the OCIJ, and $895 if filed with the BIA
